Job summary

Aspire & Succeed HR is seeking a Senior Recruiter in the Talent Acquisition team to manage multiple client requirements from sourcing to joining. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management to closures within agreed timelines.

The ideal candidate understands job descriptions, client expectations and candidate criteria, with experience using Naukri/LinkedIn. Freshers with strong communication are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with interest in recruitment.
• Prior recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills may be considered.
• Experience with Naukri or LinkedIn is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions, client expectations, mandatory skills and candidate suitability criteria.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, Boolean searches and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess experience, skills, notice period and interest.
• Submit relevant and well-screened candidate profiles to clients within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates for assigned requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up for timely feedback.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process and minimise dropouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates through offer release, resignation, notice period and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate details, submission records, interview updates and trackers.
• Work towards individual recruitment targets and closure commitments.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal team members.
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and client requirements.
