The role collaborates with hiring managers to craft job descriptions, proactively source talent, manage candidate pipelines, and drive offers from requisition to acceptance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in corporate recruiting, a relevant Associate’s degree, and proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of corporate recruiting or talent acquisition support experience.
• Proficient in ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and hiring profiles.
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting through offer acceptance.
• Manage job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and high-volume outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and conduct initial phone interviews.
• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and communication throughout the process.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-up with applicants and hiring managers.
• Prepare offer letters and assist with onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding.
• Travel occasionally for in-person meetings and career fairs.
