Qualifications

• Proven recruiting experience in mission-critical/data center operations, real estate management, or construction/engineering sectors.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume and specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates.
• Partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and modern recruiting tools.
• On-site work style in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support and contribute to initiatives focused on diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within applicant tracking systems.
