Lorien is seeking a Senior Construction Recruiter for contract openings based in Atlanta, GA or Tampa, FL. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting in commercial real estate, construction, or related project-based industries, building talent pipelines and partnering with hiring managers.

The Senior Recruiter will manage sourcing, screening, interviews, and hiring while developing innovative strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume and specialized roles.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, engaging active and passive candidates.
• Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within recruitment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring across multiple roles.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in competitive markets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and anticipated hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and delivery timelines.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support and contribute to initiatives focused on diverse and inclusive hiring practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within applicant tracking systems.
