Job summary

Basesix is seeking a seasoned recruiter to source and attract qualified candidates across diverse roles. You will conduct phone, virtual, and in-person screenings, coordinate interview scheduling, and guide candidates from initial contact through offer acceptance.

You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, maintain records and ATS, build relationships with schools and partners, and support onboarding and retention initiatives while continuously improving recruiting processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, operations, technical, or field-based positions preferred.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple levels and disciplines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Maintain candidate records, recruiting documentation, and applicant tracking systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities.
• Develop a strong understanding of Basesix operations, project teams, and field positions to effectively identify and evaluate talent.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and track open positions across the company.
• Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and external recruiting partners.
• Manage and promote the Basesix Employee Referral Program.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Develop and improve recruiting processes, best practices, and talent acquisition programs.
