Job summary

Basesix is seeking an experienced recruiter to source, screen, and hire candidates across various roles and levels. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and priorities, coordinate interviews, and manage documentation through ATS systems to ensure a smooth process.

You will develop job descriptions, build partnerships with schools and partners, and drive onboarding and retention efforts in collaboration with HR.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, operations, technical, or field-based positions preferred.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple levels and disciplines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Maintain candidate records, recruiting documentation, and applicant tracking systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities.
• Develop a strong understanding of Basesix operations, project teams, and field positions to effectively identify and evaluate talent.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and track open positions across the company.
• Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and external recruiting partners.
• Manage and promote the Basesix Employee Referral Program.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Develop and improve recruiting processes, best practices, and talent acquisition programs.
