Job summary

Basesix is seeking a Recruiter to attract, source, and hire top talent across the organization, with emphasis on operations and field-based roles. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in recruiting, strong communication, and experience with ATS systems. Travel to office sites and events may be required to support hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, operations, technical, or field-based roles.
• Experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates across multiple levels and disciplines.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related business applications.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Flexible, adaptable, and results-oriented.
• Willingness to travel to office locations, jobsites and recruiting events as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person candidate screenings and interviews.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
• Maintain candidate records, recruiting documentation, and applicant tracking systems.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and recruiting priorities.
• Develop understanding of Basesix operations, project teams, and field positions to identify and evaluate talent.
• Create and maintain job descriptions and track open positions across the company.
• Build relationships with colleges, trade schools, community organizations, and external recruiting partners.
• Manage and promote the Basesix Employee Referral Program.
• Support onboarding and retention initiatives in partnership with HR and hiring managers.
• Develop and improve recruiting processes, best practices, and talent acquisition programs.
