• 3+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Executive search experience highly preferred.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and qualify candidates for active searches.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct candidate outreach and recruiting conversations.
• Partner with Search Consultants to execute searches from kickoff through placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and records in PCRecruiter.
• Develop market intelligence on target companies, industries, and talent.
