CIC Construction Group is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled professional, technical, and hard-to-fill roles across North America. You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, drive sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions while using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to engage top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical, professional, or specialized roles.
• Experience supporting hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience using ATS platforms and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
• High-level sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions.
• Skilled in delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategy and sourcing plans for hard-to-fill roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and screening criteria.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interview processes, and schedule assessments.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and labor-market trends to inform leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and campus recruiting events.
