Silvus is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Lead who can balance team leadership with hands‑on sourcing and closing. You’ll lead by example by taking points on critical searches across engineering leadership and strategic G&A. As our Lead, you’ll own your own requisitions and help keep the team running efficiently. You’ll serve as a true right‑hand partner to TA management, which includes stepping in when needed and actively helping build, train, and scale the recruiting team. You’ll support TA leadership with resolving search bottlenecks, refining our day‑to‑day recruiting process, and maintaining high standards for how we partner with hiring managers across the company. This position is ideal for an adaptable recruiter who excels in a fast‑paced environment, manages competing priorities with ease while maintaining compliance, and enjoys tackling complex searches.
This is a full‑time role based at Silvus Technologies’ headquarters in the heart of vibrant West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected. On‑site days are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Travel Requirement – 10% for campus recruiting or recruiting events.
$155,000 - $175,000 / annually The target hiring range for this position is $160,000 – $165,000. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's background and relevant experience in specialized recruiting, leadership, and job‑related qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. 10 + years of full lifecycle recruiting experience in both technical and corporate roles. Direct recruiting experience in hardware, or complex engineering environments, such as defense, aerospace, telecommunications, robotics, autonomous systems, or related deep‑tech industries. At least two years of experience supervising and mentoring a team of recruiters. Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen, or U.S. Permanent Resident) due to clients under U.S. federal contracts. All employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test.
