OpenKrill is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to personally own senior, complex searches while elevating the wider TA team's performance. You’ll cover Commercial, Operations and Support functions and act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders.

This hands-on player-coach role requires delivering your hires and coaching others to strengthen search strategy and stakeholder management across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering senior, complex hires across commercial/business functions.
• Experience with leadership and director-level searches from scoping to offer.
• Ability to coach and upskill teammates while delivering own portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end senior and business-critical hiring for multiple functions.
• Coach and unblock colleagues through reviews, calibration and strategy sharing.
• Drive improvements in sourcing, assessment, workflows and data quality.
