Job summary

Citi is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a global recruiting team and own end-to-end recruitment strategy for US Consumer Cards and Wealth businesses. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver high-impact hiring across critical functions, shaping the talent pipeline for Citi’s prominent consumer-facing units.

You will oversee global recruiting, build strategies, and manage mobility and compliance while collaborating with HR and diversity partners to drive excellence at scale.

Qualifications

• 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing or supervising a team of recruiting professionals in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Ability to build and execute recruiting strategies for senior-level hiring needs across multiple functions.
• Strong candidate identification and assessment skills with pace and accuracy.
• Knowledge of compensation structures and offer management considerations.
• Clear communicator with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of global recruiting professionals to drive performance and quality.
• Design and execute detailed talent acquisition strategies aligned to business needs.
• Serve as primary contact for senior leaders, HR partners, and Managing Directors to fill key roles.
• Leverage social media and sourcing channels to build robust talent networks.
• Navigate cross-regional mobility and relocation considerations.
• Partner with Diversity to manage structured slate processes and internal mobility.
• Handle confidential hiring matters with sound judgment and stakeholder influence.
• Maintain compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical conduct.
