Job summary

Citi is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of recruiters supporting the Citigold and Mortgage businesses.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for two high-priority product lines, partnering with senior leaders and Managing Directors to attract and secure top talent. The role offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two remote across US locations.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of talent acquisition experience with full-cycle recruiting and senior-level hiring.
• Experience supervising a team of recruiters.
• Ability to identify high-caliber candidates across functions and levels.
• Understanding of compensation principles in offers and negotiations.
• Clear communicator with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of talent acquisition professionals for Citigold and Mortgage hiring portfolios.
• Design and execute targeted recruiting strategies addressing immediate and future needs.
• Serve as primary contact for senior leaders and HR partners to fill senior-level roles.
• Build active candidate pipelines via social media and networks; strengthen Citi's talent presence.
• Manage cross-regional candidate engagement and mobility across geographies.
• Support internal mobility and ensure structured candidate slating across roles.
• Handle sensitive hiring matters with discretion and sound judgment.
