Job summary

Syneos Health in Bridgewater, NJ is hiring a Recruitment Client Events Manager to own end-to-end planning and execution of commercial talent acquisition events, including onsite interviews and virtual panels.

You will coordinate with TA leaders, project directors, and client hiring managers, supervise two operational pools, and ensure smooth event delivery, travel logistics, and post-event debriefs. The role requires travel 25-50% domestically.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Hospitality/Event Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment event management, or large-scale corporate event planning.
• People Leadership: Supervising remote and contract resources.
• Vendor Management: Manage venue contracts, BEOs, travel agencies, shipping/freight vendors, and print fulfillment.
• Systems & Tools: Proficiency in ATS, ERP/Timekeeping (Oracle), Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Forms, Outlook), logistics portals (Agistix), and Canva.
• Travel Readiness: Travel approximately 25-50% domestically for flagship hiring events and major conferences.

Responsibilities

• High-volume interview event planning & execution for live onsite interviews and virtual hiring panels.
• Stakeholder alignment with TA Leaders, Project Directors, and client hiring managers.
• Onsite & virtual management of event flow, candidate check-in, rotations, and post-event debriefs.
• Lead two core pools: Interview schedulers and onsite/virtual coordinators.
• Capacity planning, travel coordination, venue contracts, and budgeting & invoicing support.
• Maintain assets, Canva templates, and centralized interview event communications.
• Leverage ATS, Microsoft 365, and logistics portals for scheduling and communications.
