Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking an experienced Recruiting leader to establish and grow the brand and market reputation while recruiting and retaining field talent and clients. You will work with the Manager to set personal goals and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities include managing recruitment functions, training and mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong communication with talent and clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruiting, staffing, production methods and HR concepts.
• Strong writing and grammar skills; business communication.
• Knowledge of selling recruiting services, including marketing strategy and sales tactics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum performance standards and achieve revenue budgets.
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor and engage field talent.
• Oversee credentialing, job postings, email/call blasts and recruitment activities.
• Manage weekly performance reports and liaison with field talent and clients.
• Support housing, payroll, and Accounts Receivable as needed.
