Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Senior Recruiting Manager to lead field talent recruitment, drive performance, and ensure compliance with standards while achieving revenue targets.

You will coach staff, build client relationships, and oversee credentialing, payroll, and housing arrangements as needed. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution to grow SHC's market presence.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of business and management principles involved in recruiting, staffing and HR processes.
• Knowledge of grammar, spelling and composition rules.
• Knowledge of selling recruiting services, marketing strategies and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Ability to organize and complete work in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum performance standards and achieve activity targets (touches, interviews, submissions).
• Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor and engage field talent.
• Oversee credentialing and compliance to job descriptions for SHC's clients.
• Negotiate salaries and benefits in line with SHC objectives.
• Manage weekly payroll and assist with housing arrangements when needed.
• Present SHC advantages to meet field talent needs and handle objections.
