Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years' experience in HR or a project-based environment.
• Prior experience with applicant tracking systems and onboarding new employees strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to provide accurate, thorough, and timely results.
• Demonstrated ability to set priorities, independently manage workload and complete detailed projects accurately and on schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work with all levels of employees and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service skills and demonstrated service-oriented approach to work.
• Must be an active problem solver and able to make decisions based on available resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Aufgaben

• Provide support to Talent Acquisition (TA) team in recruiting and onboarding of new employees.
• Create timely and accurate job requisitions within Pathways ATS and maintain application workflows.
• Create offer letters (within Pathways ATS for posted requisitions or manually for non-requisition promotions).
• Coordinate Pathways Onboarding processes for new hires and monitor new employee onboarding assignments.
• Maintain program materials and update as needed to ensure up-to-date information is provided.
• Manage new hire paperwork, execute I-9, and transfer info to the Operations team for inclusion in the Employee files.
• Administer surveys to hiring managers and candidates to assess recruiting and onboarding process effectiveness.
• Maintain TA Metrics, including survey data and TA performance reports (in conjunction with HR Operations).
• Support the recruitment lifecycle for the AMA internship program including sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding interns.
• Maintain external job postings and related billings. Identify, evaluate and analyze recruiting sources to ensure pipeline of candidates is maintained.
• Coordinate and schedule virtual/on-site candidate interviews, ensuring timely communication, with accurate details and a seamless candidate experience.
• Provide administrative support to HR team on an as-needed basis.
