Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to develop and implement recruitment strategies across North America, including Beachwood, Raleigh, Moon Township, or remotely from a home office.

You will manage a requisition load of 30–35+ professional positions, partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, advise on OFCCP policies, build strategic recruiting plans, and guide hiring managers through market challenges to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a professional recruiting / staffing role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; OFCCP knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage an average requisition load of 30-35+ professional level positions in a fast paced environment; load may exceed this during peak seasons.
• Seek to understand the business, including products and services, to attract key talent with authority.
• Communicate OFCCP policies, procedures and best practices to internal customers.
• Develop strategic recruiting plans tailored to each requisition, showing depth of hiring needs.
• Consult with the hiring manager on market availability, trends, roadblocks and solutions.
