PSG Global Solutions, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Specialist to support talent acquisition and workforce planning for professional and management roles. You will build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other platforms, and collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment priorities.

This 6-month contract requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 5 years of corporate recruitment experience, 3+ years with ATS tools, and a valid

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in HR management or related field.
• Five years of corporate recruitment for professional and management-level exempt positions.
• At least three years of experience with electronic applicant tracking systems and internet-based recruiting sources.
• Valid driver's license; travel up to 10% may be necessary.

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven Sourcing Specialist tosupport talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives. This rolefocuses on identifying, attracting, and building pipelines of qualifiedcandidates for professional and management-level positions.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists andhiring managers, the Sourcing Specialist will use online recruiting platforms,talent market research, and proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualifiedtalent, strengthen candidate pipelines, and support current and future hiringneeds.

Responsibilities:

• Sourcesand attracts qualified candidates for professional and management-levelpositions.

• UtilizesLinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, Workday, and other recruiting platformsto identify qualified candidates.
• Refersqualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Specialists for furtherconsideration.

NOTE:

Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents (Green Card holders) to be considered for this position.

Job Type:

6 months Contract, with the possibility ofextension or permanent conversion.

Work Set Up/Schedule:

Onsite at Tulsa, OK 74119(Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in Human Resource Management or a related field, or equivalentrelevant experience.
• Fiveyears of corporate recruitment and placement experience supportingprofessional and management-level exempt positions.
• Atleast three years of experience working with electronic applicant trackingsystems and internet-based recruiting sources.
• Validdriver's license. (Approximately 10% travel may be necessary to visitother company facilities.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experiencewith Workday or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Experienceusing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed Resume, and other online candidatesourcing databases.
