Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated training or teaching experience.
• Experience running queries in SQL.
• Casino operations experience a plus.
• Must be at least 21 and able to obtain jurisdiction licenses.
• Some domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead live in-person training and web-based training sessions.
• Partner with instructional designers to create training programs for table systems.
• Act as liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
• Provide product feedback to improve functionality, usability, and serviceability of table systems products.
• Collaborate with developers, SQA, and product management to stay informed of new products and services.
• Research and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives.
