Job summary

Squarespace is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles, primarily in our Dublin, Ireland and Aveiro, Portugal offices. You will partner with hiring managers, build sourcing strategies for European markets, and drive structured interview processes to raise our hiring bar across R&D.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for Product and Engineering roles.
• Experience recruiting in Ireland or Portugal, including local norms.
• Ability to forecast and manage hiring timelines.
• Experience using AI or automation in recruiting.
• Strong data/reporting skills to inform decisions.
• A high-touch approach to candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Product and Engineering roles in Dublin and Aveiro; support US-based roles as needed.
• Run calibrated intakes with hiring managers to set outcomes and timelines.
• Build sourcing strategies tailored to Irish and Portuguese markets and diverse talent.
• Lead structured interviews and calibrate decisions with managers and interviewers.
• Improve recruiting workflow with AI/automation and share learnings with the team.
• Co-write job postings and recruiting strategies with hiring teams; maintain candidate communication.
• Mentor other recruiters and lead cross-functional projects to improve hiring processes.
