Tavus is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to scale our team across engineering, product, operations, and business functions. You’ll own full-cycle hiring and partner with our recruiting team to hire across the organization, while shaping hiring plans as Tavus grows.

This high-impact role requires building systems, balancing hands-on recruiting with strategic planning, and thriving in early-stage chaos. You’ll work with hiring managers and leadership to anticipate talent needs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally in-house as first recruiter at an early-stage startup.
• Built recruiting systems/processes from scratch or significantly improved existing ones, and leverage AI.
• Exceptional communication and candidate experience instincts.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable working in ambiguity.
• Passion for AI and the opportunity to shape a team at the edge of what’s possible.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in high‑performance, high‑expectation environments.
• Polish — strong communication, attention to detail, and professional judgment.
• You can quickly understand complex problems and structure solutions.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, building talent networks, candidate management, closing, and hiring-manager partnership.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand and anticipate evolving talent needs, shape hiring plans.
• Build the recruiting foundation Tavus needs for next growth stage.
• Balance hands-on recruiting with thoughtful partnership and planning.
