Matillion is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own R&D hiring across the UK and India. You’ll headhunt top engineering and product talent, shaping briefs, timelines and compensation with market insight.

You’ll coach hiring managers on rigorous assessment and build AI-enabled processes to improve quality and speed. You’ll influence senior stakeholders up to VP level, collaborate with DEI initiatives, and contribute to the broader TA strategy while ensuring an inclusive hiring

Responsibilities

• Own full Engineering and Product requisitions for UK and India, setting sourcing quality and assessment rigor.
• Headhunt high-calibre, diverse talent through direct outreach, communities and networks.
• Use market insights to challenge hiring managers and shape realistic timelines and compensation.
• Coach hiring managers on assessment best practices and ensure rigorous, inclusive processes.
• Incorporate AI into sourcing, intake prep and reporting to improve hiring quality and efficiency.
