Job summary

Nift is reshaping performance marketing and seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruiting across the organization. You will partner with the leadership team to understand requirements, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Reporting to the VP of People, the role is high-visibility and high-impact, requiring excellent communication, data-driven decisions, and the ability to move quickly in a hypergrowth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting experience.
• Must have proven success in full-cycle recruiting at a small fast-paced or scaling technology company.
• Must have recruiting experience across functions (Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across the company.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define requirements and outcomes.
• Develop position descriptions and scorecards.
• Drive strong pipelines from kickoff through closing.
