The role combines in-house recruitment leadership with strategic stakeholder advisory across functions, delivering end-to-end hiring and building strong candidate pipelines in a hybrid work model.

You will manage searches across People, Finance, Legal, Operations, Strategy, and related areas, partnering with leaders to develop hiring

Qualifications

• Significant in-house Talent Acquisition experience within a fast-paced, demanding, or high-growth environment.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience, with the confidence to advise, influence and challenge while building strong relationships across the business.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity, turning undefined hiring needs into clear, actionable search strategies.
• Versatility to move between functions, levels and markets, including unfamiliar searches.
• Proven ability to source proactively and build high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Strong market knowledge to inform recruitment strategies based on talent availability.
