Job summary

International Game Technology (IGT) seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver high-impact recruiting for our game development studios. You will own complex, senior‑level searches and act as a trusted advisor to studio and HR leadership, translating roadmaps into targeted recruiting strategies.

You will build proactive pipelines, manage full lifecycle recruiting, and leverage market intelligence to inform decisions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and alignment with IGT's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including senior-level searches.
• In-house or embedded recruiting experience supporting game development studios or closely related creative tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for complex studio roles across game development, including creative and technical disciplines.
• Partner with studio leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPsto translate roadmaps into recruiting strategies.
• Provide data-informed guidance on talent availability, compensation, and market dynamics affecting hiring.
