Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment for our Technical Support organization. This role partners with leaders across Go-To-Market and Corporate functions to hire strategically, design batch events, and drive quality and speed.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build diverse pipelines, and use data to influence hiring decisions while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience designing batch hiring events and Super Days.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume, Go-To-Market and Corporate roles.
• Strong stakeholder management with hiring managers and leaders.
• Data-driven approach with metrics tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end, high-volume Technical Support recruitment.
• Design, plan, and execute batch hiring events and Super Days.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline.
• Forecast hiring needs with Technical Support leadership.
• Support Go-To-Market and Corporate hiring plans (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations).
• Manage the candidate experience and ATS hygiene; ensure timely communication.
• Track and report recruiting metrics to drive process improvements.
