Job summary

Ivo is building the contract intelligence platform and is hiring a Talent Partner to own hard searches, especially technical roles, while also supporting GTM. You’ll source, assess, interview, close, and partner with leaders to create a high-quality pipeline.

The role emphasizes speed, integrity, and strategic impact in a fast-evolving talent function. This is not a mature seat; you will help define how Talent partners with the business and will become integral to hiring teams that build the

Qualifications

• Strong technical recruiting experience with understanding of technical talent and how functions work together.
• Startup environment with fast pace and evolving processes.
• Proven ability to build pipeline from scratch and test new channels.
• Strong ability to assess candidate quality and tradeoffs.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills for high-conviction offers.
• High integrity and discretion with confidential information.
• Consultative partnership style with leaders and tough conversations.
• Experience across technical and GTM recruiting preferred.
• Engineering background or AE background before Talent is a plus.
• Executive search or boutique agency experience with in-house exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality pipeline for hard technical and GTM searches.
• Partner with hiring managers as a consultative Talent Partner.
• Become fluent in Ivo’s product, teams, and talent markets to credibly sell opportunities.
• Assess candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and tradeoffs.
• Close candidates in competitive processes by understanding motivations.
• Attend industry events and turn relationships into strong pipelines.
• Move quickly, communicate directly, and prove recruiting is an asset to the business.
