CookUnity is seeking a Senior Talent Specialist to lead high-impact searches across Product, Data, and GTM in the U.S. and LATAM. You’ll own end-to-end recruiting for senior IC, leadership, and executive roles, shaping strategy and delivering outstanding experiences.

This hybrid role is primarily remote with occasional in-person collaboration in Palermo. You’ll leverage tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI recruiting tools to build strong pipelines and partner with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in-house.
• Experience recruiting for Product and Data, plus GTM functions.
• Full-cycle recruiting with end-to-end ownership.
• US and LATAM market experience with US-headquartered partners.
• Senior stakeholder partnership with hiring managers.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM, including senior leadership and executive searches.
• Advise hiring managers with market insights and strategic recommendations.
• Lead intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate needs into candidate profiles and assessments.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, and AI tools.
• Champion candidate experience with a structured interview process from first contact to close.
• Lead interviewer calibration, debriefs, and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the U.S. and LATAM, adapting strategies per market.
• Own offers and negotiation with empathy, speed, and transparency.
• Use data to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes.
• Support employer branding and talent marketing efforts.
