Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Systems Security Manager II to lead the information security program and manage a larger security team. You will oversee complex projects, perform risk analyses, and drive secure integrations across functions.

Ideal candidates have 9+ years in IT security, leadership credentials, and familiarity with RMF/NIST frameworks. The role supports a hybrid office environment and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Security or related field; 9+ years experience acceptable in lieu.
• 9+ years of IT security experience; CISSP/CISM/CEH preferred.
• Leadership and change-management experience required.
• Experience with NISPOM, RMF, JSIG, and NIST RMF guidance.
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001 security standards.
• Active security clearance and DoD/air force familiarity a plus.
