Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a security-related field and 9+ years in IT security.
• Certifications such as CISSP/CISM/CEH are preferred.
• Experience with A&A, RMF, and NIST frameworks is required or strongly desired.
• Leadership, mentoring, and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of information security policies.
• Manage a larger, diverse systems security team.
• Oversee complex security projects and incident response.
• Conduct advanced risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
