Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks a highly skilled Senior Systems Security Engineer for onsite work in Richardson, TX. You will support DoD and IC security standards, design secure architectures, and develop automation using Ansible for RMF and SBSA processes.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, DoD RMF experience, and strong Linux-based systems expertise. Onsite relocation assistance is available, with travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, cybersecurity, or related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain/maintain.
• 5+ years in system security engineering or secure system integration.

Responsibilities

• Perform system administration and framework duties for factory and deployed systems.
• Develop and maintain Ansible automation artifacts for configuration management and hardening.
• Lead RMF accreditation efforts with documentation, assessment evidence, and mitigation plans.
• Conduct SBSA assessments at customer facilities as part of program support.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure design principles throughout the lifecycle.
