Northrop Grumman seeks a Hardware Assurance Engineer, Level 2, for the Roy, UT site. You will assess hardware security threats, conduct vulnerability analyses, and coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen program protection for GBSD.

The role emphasizes MBSE, vulnerability management, and experience with security engineering across US government defense programs, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge defense systems and a collaborative MDT environment.

Formación

• BS in STEM with 8 years of related experience; 6 years with MS; 4 years with PhD.
• US Citizenship with active DoD Secret Clearance (investigation within 6 years)
• Ability to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances in a reasonable time
• Minimum 8 years applying Systems Security Engineering for US Government Defense Programs
• Minimum 8 years communicating technical approaches clearly

Responsabilidades

• Assess threats, vulnerabilities, and risk for hardware/firmware components
• Research data, analyze vulnerabilities, and derive facts
• Participate in meetings and communicate risk with stakeholders
• Contribute to hardware assurance program plans, goals, milestones
• Review security assessments and identify vulnerabilities and mitigation steps
• Ensure secure architecture and support integration of security systems
