Milwaukee Tool seeks a Sr. Systems Reliability Engineer to provide technical leadership across electrical hardware, embedded firmware, software, and connected technologies. You will identify reliability risks, establish CTQ targets, and drive improvements throughout development.

Collaborate with Electrical, Firmware, Software, and QA teams to validate interfaces, perform DFMEA, and apply statistical techniques such as Weibull and life-data analysis. Domestic/international travel ~10% is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and strong reliability background.
• Experience in product development, systems or reliability engineering.
• Ability to apply reliability methods to electromechanical systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional reliability efforts for platform designs and changes.
• Establish CTQ targets and translate needs into reliability requirements.
• Perform DFMEA and risk analyses across product lifecycles.
• Develop verification/validation strategies and analyze results.
• Drive root-cause investigations and continuous improvement.
