Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a proactive Reliability Engineer to drive product reliability and testing across new designs. You will lead CTQ requirements, design of experiments, and root-cause analysis, collaborating with engineering and marketing to ensure performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

This role requires advanced statistical tools, experience with Weibull distributions, Minitab, and Reliasoft, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in engineering with relevant reliability experience
• Experience with DoE, life data analysis, and statistical tools
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for product reliability and warranty for new designs
• Lead CTQ identification and guarantee quality/testing specs
• Design experiments and analyze data to improve development
• Lead root-cause analysis and FRACA actions
