Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in reliability, test, and quality roles.
• Strong analytical and statistical skills with DOE, regression, and reliability methods.
• Experience with HALT and accelerated life testing a plus.
• Proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, ReliaSoft).

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in test methods, product requirements, user needs, and data analytics.
• Collaborate with product management and design to define specifications and reliability targets.
• Design experimental and analytical techniques to improve development, testing and qualification.
• Interact with global teams and suppliers to support development processes.
• Lead risk identification, design reviews, and root cause analysis with stakeholders.
