Qualifications

• Experience in incident management and DevOps practices.
• Ability to debug and triage complex applications effectively.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and scripting.
• Experience with relational databases and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Use incident management processes and monitoring tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
• Debug complex application systems and resolve business-impacting issues.
• Follow standards to improve stability and availability of systems.
• Apply continuous delivery practices to evolve and deliver high-quality software.
• Leverage logging techniques for alerting, monitoring and root-cause analysis.
• Deploy and run software using DevOps tools and practices.
• Mentor less experienced peers with technical knowledge and leadership.
• Apply latest technology thinking from the Technology Radar to solve client problems.
