Job summary

Code360 is seeking a Senior Systems/Network Engineer to support enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, network, security, and AV systems. This in-person role requires a hands-on technical leader to ensure secure, reliable, and high-performing systems.

Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in systems administration and network engineering, with experience in Windows/Linux environments, network TCP/IP, and AV system support. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience in systems administration and network engineering
• Strong experience with Windows/Linux systems and network infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage and support servers, desktops, operating systems, and enterprise applications
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure (routers, switches)
• Install, configure, and support AV systems, including cameras and digital video storage
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve system, network, and AV issues
• Maintain documentation and support change management processes
