Are you passionate about systems, AV components and network administration? Code360 is looking for a talented Senior Systems/Network Engineer to support enterprise IT operations, including infrastructure, network, security, and audio/video (AV) systems. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing systems in a dynamic environment. • Manage and support servers, desktops, operating systems, and enterprise applications
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and support system upgrades
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize network infrastructure (routers, switches, connectivity)
• Install, configure, and support AV systems, including cameras and digital video storage
• Perform system security checks and support ATO/SA&A compliance activities
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support and resolve system, network, and AV issues
• Support application troubleshooting and collaborate on system enhancements
• Maintain documentation, track issues, and support change management processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

7+ years of experience in systems administration and network engineering

Strong experience with

• Windows/Linux systems
• Network infrastructure (TCP/IP, routers, switches)
• Hardware/software troubleshooting
• Experience supporting AV systems and video storage environments
• Knowledge of IT security practices and system authorization processes (ATO/SA&A)

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Competencies

• Experience in regulated or enterprise IT environments
• Familiarity with identity and access management and accessibility standards
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure)
