Job summary

Christy Media Solutions is seeking Senior Field Engineers to join our US team. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on system installations, troubleshooting, maintenance and customer support across critical real-time environments in Broadcast, Defence, Oil & Gas, Utilities & Transportation.

You'll work with IT/AV hardware, networking, and technical support, traveling 50–75% to install, configure, and service equipment, provide remote and on-site support, document activities, and train

Qualifications

• Experience within a technical customer support, hardware, AV, or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals including LAN, TCP/IP, and DHCP.
• Experience working with Windows systems and applications.
• Ability to travel extensively (50-75%).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/hold a valid passport.
• Video over IP or network streaming protocols.

We are currently supporting an outstanding international technology leader within the mission-critical IT/AV technology domain in the search for multiple Senior Field Engineers to join their growing US team!

This is a hands-on field based engineering role focused on system installations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support across a range of complex, real-time, mission-critical technical environments. You'd have the opportunity to work within truly exciting customers, supporting technical solutions into complex control room environments across verticals such as Broadcast, Defence, Oil & Gas, Utilities & Transportation.

The position would suit candidates with experience across IT or AV hardware, networking, or technical support environments who enjoy working directly with customers and solving technical issues both remotely and on-site.
