Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems integration and test in a lab or field environment.
• Planning or executing Platform Integration or Flight Test Missions.
• Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Support Testing Efforts: develop and implement test plans and verification documentation and perform tests.
• Hardware buildup and integration: build and document test assets and certify readiness.
• Testing: plan and execute tests from circuit cards to final product, including EMI and RF tests.
• Platform Integration: coordinate with customer subsystems and launch platforms in lab or field.
• Flight Tests: plan and execute test missions with telemetry and safety oversight.
• Troubleshoot and Analyze: identify hardware/software issues and perform data‑driven analysis.
• Perform Data Analysis: collect and analyze data, report results.
• Document and Communicate: prepare TRR/CTS/TDR packages and reviews.
• Collaborate and Lead: coordinate across functions and lead a small integration/test team.
