RTX in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Deputy Integration and Test Lead (IPTL) to support system integration and verification for complex aerospace programs. You will lead test planning, cross‑functional coordination, and execution to ensure performance validation across design, lab, and flight environments. The role requires a BS in engineering with 8+ years of experience and the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

U.S. citizenship and onsite work in Tucson are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in environmental qualification requirements (e.g., MIL-STD-810).
• Experience leading lab and environmental test activities (HIL, acceptance testing, vibration, thermal).
• Experience with test instrumentation, data acquisition, and measurement best practices.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and requirements documents.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced test environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integration & Verification Lead with test planning, readiness, and execution.
• Coordinate with design, systems, and specialty engineering teams for testing.
• Oversee creation of test procedures, data analysis, and documentation for qualification.
• Lead lab, field, and flight test activities ensuring safety and compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive cross-functional test efforts toward program goals.
