Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in systems integration and test in a lab or field environment.
• Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans and procedures in simulated and real-world environments.
• Support the unique buildup of test assets and document the build.
• Plan and execute tests at different levels of hardware builds.
• Plan and execute the integration efforts of Effector Systems with customer subsystems.
• Plan and execute test missions requiring robust planning and logistics.
• Identify and resolve hardware and software system issues.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure system performance.
• Create or modify documentation for formal testing reviews.
• Interface and coordinate across different company functions.
• Lead a small team in integration and test activities.
• Support occasional travel to conduct tests at various locations.
