Job summary

RTX (Raytheon) in Tucson, AZ seeks a Principal Systems and Integration Engineer for multiple programs. The role involves designing, developing, testing and collaborating across disciplines to deliver robust solutions for warfighters. Onsite work in Tucson; no remote options.

The position requires a STEM BS and 8+ years in systems engineering/integration with strong cross-disciplinary coordination and MBSE experience. Security clearance a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and Test.
• Experience coordinating across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Update, maintain, and improve requirements and documentation for development and production.
• Lead and/or support Integration and Test Activities.
• Lead and/or support Design and System Verification.
• Lead and/or support system performance analysis.
• Model the system and MBSE processes using Cameo.
• Create and present technical data for design reviews and tests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues and participate in Failure Investigations.
• Conduct statistical analysis of test data to verify requirements.
• Lead and/or support mission execution at RTX facilities, test sites, and customer locations.
