Job summary

University of North Texas seeks a Senior Systems Integration Architect to solidify the function of Integrated Systems and Development and Operations for UNT. The role focuses on DevOps practices across multi-platform development, operations, and AV/IT standards for classrooms.

The successful candidate will lead the design of cloud services, oversee incidents, and coordinate with IT and facilities in project execution while promoting safe and reliable classroom technology deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related scientific or technical discipline with six years of related experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Solid understanding of computing and networks in distributed environments.
• Ability to install computer hardware and work with diverse IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the function of Integrated Systems and Development and Operations for UNT (DevOps).
• Lead activities to maintain and evolve DSI Tech software solutions.
• Architect cloud services for UNT World and web conferencing solutions.
• Collaborate with campus partners and facilities in project meetings and scope validation.
• Ensure safety and reliability in classroom technology deployments.
