Responsibilities

• Awareness of DSI Tech scope: learning spaces tech, cloud conferencing, incidents in scope, and escalation.
• Know UNT procedures: Work Control, UNT Police, federated IT groups, funding types and usage.
• Familiar with department digital tools: CSS Work Order, CSS Room Monitor, Microsoft Office, IT incident tools, PM tools.
• Stay updated on audio/video and IT standards relevant to systems.
• Lead efforts to evolve DSI Tech software solutions for campus partners.
