Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Systems Manager to oversee the enterprise infrastructure, drive security and uptime, and lead a diverse team across multiple locations. You will manage vendors, coordinate large-scale projects, and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.

The role requires at least ten years in IT with two years of management, a focus on DR and security, and experience guiding cross-functional teams in a 24x7 environment. Travel to properties is expected.

Qualifications

• Ten years’ experience in an IT systems discipline with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Preferred Computer/Information Science, Security or Technical Degree.
• Technical certifications related to IT infrastructure are a plus.
• Technical experience may substitute for degree or certification.

Responsibilities

• Disaster Recovery Management: Develop and maintain DR plans and coordinate regular drills.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all systems, diagrams, configurations, and SOPs.
• Monitoring and Performance: Implement monitoring tools and optimize system performance to minimize downtime.
• Financial Management: Manage infrastructure-related purchasing, renewals, and budgeting with finance.
• Vendor Management: Establish relationships with vendors, evaluate performance, and negotiate contracts.
• Project Management: Track upgrades and infrastructure enhancements with cross-team collaboration.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the systems team and conduct performance reviews.
• 24x7 Coverage: Ensure continuous coverage for systems support.
