Qualifications

• Ten years of IT systems experience with at least 2 years in management.
• Preferred degree in Computer/Information Science, Security or Technical field.
• Technical certifications related to IT infrastructure are a plus.
• Experience may substitute for a degree or certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a systems team responsible for 24x7 operations and incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and tests.
• Document system standards, designs, configurations, and policies.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, renewals, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee projects across multiple locations with cross‑functional teams.
• Mentor staff and conduct regular performance reviews.
