Job summary

American Place Casino is seeking an IT Infrastructure Manager to design, deploy, and support the organization’s technology backbone. You will lead teams responsible for servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments, ensuring security, compliance, and uptime that support casino operations and guest experiences.

The role emphasizes cybersecurity, vendor management, project leadership, and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years in IT infrastructure with 3+ in a leadership role.
• Experience with networking (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi), virtualization, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor IT infrastructure staff; define budgets and roadmaps with IT leadership.
• Oversee servers, storage, networking, telecommunications, and cloud environments to ensure high availability.
• Manage patching, backups, disaster recovery, and incident response plans.
