Job summary

Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking a Manager of System Engineering for Diagnostic Imaging (DI) to drive end-to-end execution and lead a team of system engineers. You will partner with Product and Program Management to shape new product development, sustaining engineering, and advanced technology programs for DI.

You will champion innovation, align with cross-functional teams, and own the technical designs and roadmaps for DI products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in bio-medical engineering or related technology field.
3-5 years of experience in product and technology development.
1-2 years of experience leading technical teams.
5+ years' experience in the medical device industry or highly regulated industry.
Experience with developing and retaining top technical talent.
Ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of system engineers to deliver products and services based on customer needs.
Contribute to the end-to-end strategic technical roadmap for Diagnostic Imaging.
Define the technology roadmap across the portfolio to enable product delivery.
Collaborate with product management to prioritize sustaining engineering and new development.
Translate business needs into testable, traceable requirements.
